2026 GFWC Southern Region Conference

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 Southern Region Conference in Jacksonville, and a big thank you to GFWC Florida for your hospitality!  Our “Pearls of the South”  weekend brought 247 GFWC members together to celebrate friendship, strengthen leadership, and make a meaningful community impact.  We gained inspiration through educational presentations and keynote speakers, and enjoyed some fun at Sweet Pete’s candy-making demonstration and the Junior Fun Night “In It to Win It.”  We also demonstrated our commitment to making a difference by signing the GFWC Pledge to Stand with Survivors, supporting the Stand Up, Speak Up and Show Up GFWC Signature Program.

Together, we put service into action, packing 4,655 pounds of cucumbers and 5,856 pounds of sweet potatoes for Feeding Northeast Florida to help address food insecurity. Additionally, 173 donated food items represented $500 in in-kind donations.

It was a weekend filled with sisterhood, learning, and enjoyment, and we can't wait to see you next year in Lake Lanier, GA!
